This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of TNT Mods for Minecraft ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you accept the practices described below. If they do not suit you, please do not use the App.

1. Personal Information

We do not collect personal information that identifies you. The App has no sign-up, and we never ask for or store your name, address, precise location, phone number, email address, or photos.

2. Non-Personal Information

To run and improve the App, we and our providers may automatically process limited technical data: device model, operating system version, App version, device language, advertising identifier, anonymous usage statistics (which sections are opened and how often), and crash or diagnostic reports. None of it identifies you personally.

3. How We Use Information

This data is used only to keep the App working, deliver and measure advertising, unlock the content you have earned or purchased, restore purchases, diagnose crashes, and improve features. We never sell or rent information to anyone.

4. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The App is free to download and supported by advertising from third-party networks such as Google AdMob. This includes optional rewarded ads: you may choose to watch an ad to unlock free content. Ad networks may use your advertising identifier and related technical signals to serve ads, including personalised ones where consented or permitted. We honour Apple's App Tracking Transparency — choosing "Ask App Not to Track" means your data is not used for cross-app tracking — and ad personalisation can be limited in your device's privacy settings.

If you purchase a subscription, advertising is removed from the App.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an optional subscription that unlocks all premium content and removes ads. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit): card numbers and billing details go to Apple under Apple's privacy policy and never reach us. We receive only an anonymous purchase receipt, used solely to unlock your content and restore it on your devices. Purchase records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App does not set browser cookies itself. Third-party components inside it (such as ad networks) may use SDK identifiers or comparable technologies under their own policies; your device settings allow these to be limited.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Apple App Store / StoreKit — purchases and subscriptions

Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We do not control how they process data.

8. Children's Privacy and Parental Consent

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Anything received in error is deleted once identified.

Where a minor uses the App, a parent or legal guardian must supervise that use. Any purchase or subscription made by a minor requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for it. We strongly recommend parents enable Ask to Buy in Family Sharing and use Screen Time restrictions so every purchase on a child's device needs approval. 9. Security

We apply commercially reasonable measures to protect what the App processes. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in force, with its effective date, is always published on this page. Continued use after an update means the update is accepted.

TNT Mods for Minecraft is an unofficial application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB, and all rights in the Minecraft name and brand belong to their respective owners.
