Term of Use

This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") is made between us ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "your"), our customer. It outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding your use of our mobile application, Servers for Minecraft PE (the "App").

1. Our Services

We provide access to our services, allowing you to use the App to install houses, bases, and other structures in your Minecraft Pocket Edition (PE) game. Simply select the content you like, and it will instantly appear in your Minecraft world.

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the App. You also agree to comply with the terms set by any third parties whose products or services are accessed through the App.

We may update this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials available through the App—including but not limited to software, designs, fonts, mods, and other content ("Materials")—are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may only use these Materials as permitted under this Agreement.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. However, we do not claim ownership of the content you create.

4. Your Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement and with any applicable third-party licenses. You are solely responsible for any content you create using the App. We are not responsible for the content you produce or share.

5. Payment

5.1 In-App Purchases: Purchases, such as the ad-free version or premium features, are processed through your Google Play account.

5.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage subscriptions through your Google Play account.

5.3 Non-Transferability: Purchases and subscriptions are valid only on Android devices and cannot be transferred between different platforms.

5.4 Refunds: Subscription or purchase cancellations will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

5.5 Coin Purchases: If you uninstall the App while you have purchased Coins, your Coins will be reset to zero. You will need to purchase them again upon reinstalling.

5.6 Free and Premium Content:

  • 5.6.1 Free Content: Free content is available to all users at no cost.

  • 5.6.2 Premium Content: Some features and content are accessible only via subscription or Coins. Coins may be earned by watching advertisements or purchased directly.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of the App. We may terminate your access to all or part of the App at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to:
(i) violation of these Terms, or
(ii) if your actions pose a legal risk to us.

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 will continue to apply even after termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or content arising from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be error-free. Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss resulting from use of the App.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and manage your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction in the defendant's domicile.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability: If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining sections will still be in effect.

11.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of changes, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
