Terms of Use

App: Addons for Minecraft MC Effective date: September 1, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Addons for Minecraft MC mobile application (the "App") and form an agreement between you and the App's developer ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them before using the App — installing or using the App means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. What the App Does

The App offers a collection of community-created Minecraft content — addons, skins, and maps — that you can browse and install into Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It is an independent, unofficial tool with no connection to Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB; every right in the Minecraft name and brand stays with its owners.

2. Free Content and Premium Content

Content in the App comes in two forms. Free items can be unlocked at no charge — simply choose to watch a rewarded advertisement and the item opens. Premium items require an active subscription: subscribing opens every premium item in the App at once and also switches off all advertising for as long as the subscription runs. The catalog is not fixed — items may be added, changed, or withdrawn over time.

3. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

The subscription is purchased through your Apple App Store account at the price displayed in the App before you confirm. It renews automatically each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal is charged to your App Store account under Apple's terms. To cancel, open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device — access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Removing the App from your device does not stop the subscription; it must be cancelled in Settings.

All refunds follow Apple's refund policy and are decided and processed by Apple, not by us. A refund can be requested directly from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If you think a charge was made in error, you are welcome to email us as well — we will help where we can, but the final decision rests with Apple.

4. Minors and Purchases

The App may be used from age 13 (or the higher minimum age your region's law sets). A minor may use the App only under the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

A subscription or any purchase made by a minor is valid only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who lets a minor use a device carrying the App accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and takes responsibility for every purchase made through the App Store account on that device. To prevent unwanted charges, we urge parents to switch on Ask to Buy in Family Sharing and to use Screen Time restrictions, so that no purchase completes on a child's device without the parent's approval. Where a purchase was made by a child without consent, refund requests go through Apple's refund process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Agreeing to These Terms

By using the App you agree to these Terms. We may update them; whenever we do, the new version and its effective date will appear on this page. Continuing to use the App after an update counts as acceptance. If an update is not acceptable to you, your remedy is to stop using the App.

6. Ownership and License

Everything we created in the App — its code, interface, graphics, and other materials — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App, and any content you unlock, for private, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, redistributing, selling, or reverse engineering the App or its premium content without our written consent is not permitted. Content offered through the App may come from third-party creators and stays the property of those creators; anything you make yourself stays yours.

7. How You May Use the App

Use the App lawfully and in line with these Terms and any licenses attached to third-party content. What you do with downloaded content — including the changes it makes to your Minecraft game — is your own responsibility, as is anything you create or share through the App. Do not misuse the App, try to bypass the subscription or the ad-based unlock system, disrupt how the App runs, or try to access systems connected to it without authorization.

8. Advertising

Without a subscription, the App is supported by ads — including the optional rewarded ads that unlock free content — delivered by third-party networks such as Google AdMob. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser; we take no responsibility for third-party ad content or for what advertisers offer. An active subscription turns advertising off.

9. Ending Use

You can stop using the App whenever you like by deleting it — remembering that deleting the App does not cancel a running subscription (cancel it in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). We can suspend or end your access without notice if these Terms are violated, if the law requires it, or if keeping the App available would create legal or operational risk. Provisions that should naturally outlast termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — remain in force.

10. No Warranties

The App is supplied "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promise that the App will run without interruption or errors, that faults will be fixed, or that content will suit your expectations or your version of Minecraft.

11. Liability Limits

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost data, lost game progress, lost profits, or device problems — connected to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we were told such damages were possible.

12. Privacy

How information is handled in connection with the App is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. Using the App means you accept the practices it describes.

13. Resolving Disputes

Contact us first at the address below — nearly every issue can be settled informally. Where that fails, disputes are resolved under applicable law by the competent courts of the place where the defendant is located, unless mandatory law says otherwise.

14. General

If any part of these Terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays fully effective. Not enforcing a provision at some moment is not a waiver of it.
