What We Can Help With

  • Problems or bugs – Crashes, errors, or an addon, skin, or map that won't load. Include your device model and iOS version in your email so we can find the cause faster.
  • How-to questions – Guidance on installing addons, skins, or maps into Minecraft Bedrock Edition, step by step.
  • Subscription and billing – Help with buying the subscription, restoring it on a new device, or cancelling. Billing runs through your Apple App Store account; cancel any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device — access lasts until the end of the paid period, and deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • Refunds – App Store purchases are refunded under Apple's refund policy; submit a request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Write to us too and we'll help where we can, though the decision is Apple's.
  • A child's purchase – Purchases by minors need parental consent. If your child subscribed without your permission, email us right away and file a refund request with Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Turning on Ask to Buy in Family Sharing stops purchases on a child's device from completing without your approval.
  • Ideas and requests – A feature you're missing or content you'd like to see added — send it over.
  • Anything else – General questions or feedback about the app are always welcome.

Quick Checks First

A lot of issues disappear after a few basics: update the app and Minecraft Bedrock Edition to their latest versions, close and reopen the app, and confirm your internet connection is working. For subscription trouble, check you're signed in with the Apple ID used for the purchase and tap "Restore Purchases" inside the app. Still stuck? Email us and we'll take it from there.
