We reply to every email, usually within 24–48 hours.


When you write to us, please include your device model, your iOS version, the App version (shown at the bottom of the app's settings screen) and the name of the pack you were installing. It lets us solve the problem in one reply instead of five.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Verity Horror Mods & Addons → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.


I subscribed but the premium content is still locked.

Open the app, go to the settings screen and tap "Restore Purchases", making sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. If it is still locked after that, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it.


A pack will not install.

Check that Bedrock Edition is installed and updated to the latest version, then restart both apps and try again. Packs are tested before they go into the app, but a game update occasionally breaks an older pack — tell us which one and we will repair or replace it.


The app is too scary for my child.

The app is rated 13+ and is built entirely around horror content — frightening imagery, jump scares and dark audio. It is not suitable for young children. If it was installed by mistake, delete it, and use Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → Content Restrictions → Apps to limit what can be installed by age in the future.


Will this affect my existing worlds?

Installing an add-on changes the world you apply it to. Always back up a world you care about before installing anything into it. We cannot recover lost worlds.


Is this an official Minecraft app?

No. This is an unofficial companion app, not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Verity is a horror character created by the community, and add-on content belongs to its respective creators.


I found content that should not be in the app.

Tell us. Email techcocteam@gmail.com with the pack name and a screenshot and we will review and remove it. Creators who want their content taken down can write to the same address and we will remove it promptly.
