Privacy Policy — Verity Horror Mods & Addons

This Privacy Policy explains how Techcoc ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile application Verity Horror Mods & Addons (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.


1. NO COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION


We do not collect personal information that identifies you. There is no sign-up, no account and no login. We never ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise location, photos or contacts.


2. TECHNICAL INFORMATION


A limited amount of technical data is processed automatically so the App can run and improve: device model and iOS version, App version, device language, an advertising identifier, and anonymous crash and performance reports. None of this identifies you personally.


3. HOW THIS INFORMATION IS USED


Technical data is used only to keep the App stable, fix bugs, understand which features are used, and measure advertising performance. We never sell or rent any data to anyone.


4. ADVERTISING


The App is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads can unlock free content. An active subscription removes ads entirely. We honour Apple's App Tracking Transparency: if you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the advertising identifier is not used for cross-app tracking. AdMob's own privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy


5. PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS


The App offers an optional subscription that unlocks premium content and removes ads. All payments are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Your card details go only to Apple and are never seen by us. We receive an anonymous purchase receipt used solely to unlock your content.


6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES


The App does not set browser cookies. Third-party SDKs may use device identifiers under their own privacy policies.


7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


The App uses Google AdMob (advertising) and the Apple App Store / StoreKit (purchases). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.


8. CHILDREN AND PARENTS


The App contains horror themes and is rated 13+. It is not directed at, and not intended for, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.


The App does not contain a children's category listing, does not include chat or social features, and does not let users contact each other.


Any purchase or subscription made by a minor is valid only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians can prevent unintended purchases using the tools Apple provides:


• Family Sharing → Ask to Buy: every purchase request must be approved by the family organiser before it goes through.

• Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases → In-app Purchases → Don't Allow.

• Settings → Face ID/Touch ID & Passcode → require authentication for every purchase.


If a purchase was made on your device without your permission, Apple — not we — issues refunds. Request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's stated time limits. We are happy to help you with the process; write to techcocteam@gmail.com and we will explain the steps, but only Apple can approve and issue the refund.


If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, contact us at techcocteam@gmail.com and we will delete anything we hold.


9. SECURITY


We use reasonable technical measures to protect the limited data we process. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


10. YOUR RIGHTS


Because we do not hold personal information that identifies you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, write to techcocteam@gmail.com and we will respond.


11. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY


We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.


12. TRADEMARK NOTICE


This is an unofficial application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Verity is a horror character created by the community; all add-on content belongs to its respective creators. All trademarks, names and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
