Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Addons Skins for Minecraft mobile application (the "App"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the developer of the App ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Our Service

The App provides a catalog of community-created content — such as addons, skins, and maps — that you can browse and install into Minecraft Bedrock Edition. The App is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB, and all rights to the Minecraft name and brand belong to their respective owners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop using the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and other materials created by us, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.

Content available through the App may be created by third parties and remains the property of its respective creators. Any content you create yourself remains yours.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for complying with any licenses attached to third-party content you download or use, and you are solely responsible for any content you create, share, or install using the App. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any related systems.

5. Parental Guidance

If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Any purchases made by a minor require the consent of a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's use of the App.

6. Advertising

The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements served by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob. Your interaction with any advertisement is solely between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and services they promote.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the App creates legal or operational risk for us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that any content available through the App will meet your expectations or work with your version of Minecraft.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or device issues — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at the email below — most issues can be resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the defendant is located, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
