Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Contacts: Caller ID & Blocker mobile application (the "App"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the developer of the App ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Our Service

The App helps you manage your contacts and calls: viewing and organizing contacts, identifying incoming callers, blocking unwanted or spam calls, detecting duplicate contacts, and backing up your contact list. Some features depend on the permissions you choose to grant and on your device's capabilities.

2. Requirements to Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (or older where the law of your region requires a higher minimum age). If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the App.

3. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only remedy is to stop using the App.

4. Data Collection and Usage

With your permission, the App processes data such as contact names and phone numbers, call logs, device information, and analytics data in order to provide features like caller identification, call blocking, backup, sync, and duplicate detection. This processing is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing with trusted service providers (such as cloud, analytics, and security providers) happens only as needed to operate the App and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for how you use the caller ID and blocking features, including making sure your use complies with the laws of your region. You must not use the App to harass others, to interfere with emergency communications, to submit false spam reports, or to attempt unauthorized access to any related systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data you manage through the App.

6. Your Controls

You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings, edit or delete your contacts, unblock numbers, disable backup or sync, and uninstall the App at any time. Revoking a permission may limit the related feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and other materials created by us, is our property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission. Your contacts and other content remain yours.

8. Advertising

The App is free to use and may be supported by advertisements served by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdMob. Your interaction with any advertisement is solely between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products and services they promote.

9. Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose information where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, to protect the rights and safety of users, or to enforce these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the App creates legal or operational risk for us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that every unwanted call will be identified or blocked, that caller ID information will always be accurate, or that backups will be complete. Do not rely on the App for emergency communications.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of contacts, missed calls or messages, loss of profits, or device issues — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at the email below — most issues can be resolved informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, by the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the defendant is located.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
