What You Can Contact Us About

  • App issues or bugs – If something isn't working right, crashes, or a furniture mod fails to load, let us know. Please mention your device model and iOS version so we can help you faster.
  • Installation or usage help – Not sure how to install furniture mods into Minecraft, or how to unlock free content by watching an ad? We'll walk you through it.
  • Subscription and billing help – Questions about buying the subscription, restoring your purchase on a new device, cancelling, or anything billing-related. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account; you can cancel anytime on your device in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests – Refunds for purchases made through the App Store follow Apple's refund policy — you can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Contact us and we'll do our best to help; refunds are ultimately processed and decided by Apple.
  • Purchases made by a child – Purchases by minors require parental consent. If your child made a purchase without your permission, contact us as soon as possible and also submit a refund request to Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We strongly recommend enabling Ask to Buy in Family Sharing and Screen Time restrictions, so every purchase on your child's device requires your approval.
  • Feature requests and feedback – Have an idea that would make the app better, or a piece of furniture you'd like to see added? We're always listening.

Before You Write

For faster help, try these quick fixes first: make sure you have the latest version of the app and of Minecraft Bedrock Edition installed, restart the app, and check your internet connection. For subscription issues, confirm you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase, and try "Restore Purchases" in the app. If the problem continues, email us and we'll sort it out.
