Terms of Use

 This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is made between us ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," or "your"), the user. It defines your rights and responsibilities when using our mobile application, "Addons Skin for Minecraft Mods" ("App").

1. Our Services
We provide access to our services, enabling you to use the App to browse and apply skins, addons, and related content within your Minecraft Pocket Edition (PE) experience. You can select your preferred content, which can then be used within your Minecraft environment.

2. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App. You also agree to follow any applicable terms from third-party services integrated within the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we may notify you, and your continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Intellectual Property
All content available within the App, including but not limited to software, visual elements, skins, addons, designs, and other materials ("Materials"), are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may only use these Materials as permitted under this Agreement.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App; however, we do not claim ownership of user-generated content.

4. Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement and any applicable third-party licenses. You are solely responsible for how you use the content accessed through the App, and we are not responsible for any content you create or modify.

5. Payment
5.1 In-App Purchases: If you choose to purchase premium features such as ad-free access or other paid content, transactions will be processed through your Google Play account.

5.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

5.3 Non-Transferability: Purchases and subscriptions are limited to Android devices and cannot be transferred across different platforms or accounts.

5.4 Refunds: Canceling a subscription or purchase does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing period.

5.5 Purchase: If you uninstall the App after purchasing in-app currency (such as coins), the balance may be reset. You may need to purchase again if the App is reinstalled.

5.6 Free and Premium Content:
5.6.1 Free Content: The App includes content that is available at no cost to all users.
5.6.2 Premium Content: Certain features or content may require a subscription or in-app currency. Users may also have the option to earn coins through actions such as viewing advertisements, which can then be used to unlock premium content.

Note: Parental Guidance
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the App, including purchases and subscriptions. By allowing a minor to use the App, you confirm consent to their use and any associated transactions.

6. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate it at any time by stopping use of the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms or created potential legal risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or content, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS-IS" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors or interruptions or that it will meet your expectations.
Your use of the App is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damage to your device or loss of data.

9. Privacy Policy
We handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you agree to how your information is collected and used as described in that policy.

10. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction based on the applicable laws.

11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
11.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, and you may be notified of such changes.
