Term of use
This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Skins for Minecraft MC ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the user ("you" or "your"). By using our mobile application Skins for Minecraft MC ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Our Services
We provide you access to the Skins for Minecraft MC app, which allows you to install skins, houses, bases, and other structures into your Minecraft Bedrock Edition (formerly Minecraft Pocket Edition (PE)) game. Simply select the content you want, and it will automatically appear in your Minecraft world.
2. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms, please do not use the App. You also agree to follow the terms set forth by any third parties whose products or services may be accessible through the App.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the App, including but not limited to software, designs, fonts, mods, and other content ("Materials"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use the Materials except as permitted by this Agreement. While you retain ownership of any content you create using our services, we do not claim ownership of that content.
4. Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and any third-party licenses that may apply. We are not responsible for the content you create using the App, and any use or misuse of that content is solely your responsibility.
5. Payment
5.1 In-App Purchases: If you purchase an ad-free version or other premium features, payments will be processed through your Apple ID account.
5.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription settings through your Apple ID account.
5.3 Non-Transferability: Purchases and subscriptions are valid only for use on Apple devices and cannot be transferred between different systems.
5.4 Refunds: If you cancel a subscription or purchase, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
5.5 Purchase: If you uninstall the app while having Coin purchased then it will be zero automatic. you will have to purchase again if you uninstall and installs app between the Coin purchased.
5.6 Free and Premium Content:
5.6.1 Free Content: The App provides free content, which is available to all users without any cost.
5.6.2 Premium Content: Some content and features within the App are available only to users who purchase access through a subscription, or you may allow to earn coins by watching advertisements. These coins can be used to access premium content.
Note: Parental Guidance
If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making any purchases on the Google Play Store. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and managing their child’s use of the Google Play Store, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and paid downloads. By allowing a minor to access the service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the minor’s use and any resulting transactions.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the App. We may also terminate this Agreement if we believe you have violated these Terms, or if your use of the App poses legal or other risks to us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will end, but the following provisions will remain in effect: Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including the loss of profits, data, or content, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided "AS-IS" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be free from errors. You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to your device or data loss.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect, store, and manage your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding the App, we encourage you to contact us directly. If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled through the courts of the defendant's jurisdiction.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Severability:
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full effect.
11.2 Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
