These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Note:
When you use our app to generate images based on prompts or upload and convert your images into different styles, these images may be displayed in our app's community. By submitting or generating images through our app, you acknowledge and agree that:  

  • Public Display: Your generated or converted images may be visible to all users within our app's community, allowing them to view, download, and share these images
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the images you generate or convert, but by using our app's community feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote these images within our app.
  •  User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded or converted images do not violate copyright laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain inappropriate content.

  • Removal Requests: If you wish to remove an image from our community, you can request deletion through the app's settings or by contacting our support team at rubyapps.in@gmail.com

  • Privacy Considerations: While we strive to maintain a safe and respectful community, please avoid uploading personal, sensitive, or private images that you do not wish to be publicly visible.

By using this service, you agree not to generate images that include copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content without proper authorization. Furthermore, you are prohibited from using any generated images for unlawful or harmful purposes, including, but not limited to, spreading misinformation, promoting hate speech, or engaging in any other form of misuse.
Any user found to be in violation of these policies will be permanently banned. We take copyright infringement and misuse seriously and reserve the right to take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these terms.
By continuing to use this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
