How do we use the collected face data? We provide a complete and clear explanation of all planned uses of this data.

  • The collected face data is exclusively used for the purpose of generating personalized avatars based on users’ selected text prompts. Our AI Image Generator analyzes the facial features to seamlessly integrate them into the chosen avatar template. It’s important to note that, as a provider, we do not have access to the specifics of the user’s generated content due to our high encryption standards. Once the image is created, all process data, including the user’s original photo, is promptly and permanently removed from our servers.

Image Data and AI Processing

  • Images uploaded by users are processed solely for the purpose of generating art, image or action figure representations.

  • Images are temporarily stored on secure servers during processing and are deleted automatically after processing is completed.

  • We do not use user images to train our AI models or for any other purpose without explicit consent.

User-Generated and Converted Images

When you use our app to generate images based on prompts or upload and convert your images into different styles, these images may be displayed in our app's community. By submitting or generating images through our app, you acknowledge and agree that:  

  • Public Display: Your generated or converted images may be visible to all users within our app's community, allowing them to view, download, and share these images
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the images you generate or convert, but by using our app's community feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote these images within our app.
  •  User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded or converted images do not violate copyright laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain inappropriate content.

  • Removal Requests: If you wish to remove an image from our community, you can request deletion through the app's settings or by contacting our support team at rubyapps.in@gmail.com

  • Privacy Considerations: While we strive to maintain a safe and respectful community, please avoid uploading personal, sensitive, or private images that you do not wish to be publicly visible.
